Quick Fixes You Can Try
Check your internet – make sure you’re on a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
Restart the game – closing and reopening often helps.
Switch networks – try moving from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or vice versa.
Restart your device – this can refresh your connection.
During Server Issues
Sometimes, connection problems may be caused by server maintenance or temporary outages. If that’s the case, you won’t be able to connect until the servers are back online. We’ll usually post updates if major server issues occur.
