My Account Is Missing 😢

Don’t worry—your progress may still be recoverable! Sometimes accounts appear “missing” after reinstalling the game, switching devices, or logging in with the wrong method.

Steps to Try

1. Check your login method – make sure you’re using the same Apple ID, Google or Google Play account you originally linked.
2. Restart the game – this can refresh your account.
3. Try other login options – if you linked your account before, check any other login methods you may have used.

If Your Account Still Doesn’t Appear

Go to Menu → Settings → Advanced → Support and send us a message with:

• Your player ID/username (if you remember it)
• The device you usually played on
• The approximate date of your last login
• Any purchase receipts (if possible) to help verify ownership

What Happens Next

Our support team will investigate and do their best to restore your account. Please note that only accounts linked to Apple ID, Google or Google Play can be fully recovered.
